Trainee Mortgage Advisor, Romford, £18K - £25K + Com

The Benefits

This is an amazing opportunity for a recently qualified Mortgage Advisor to join one of the UKs leading brokerages.

You will join a 3 month training program to get you up and running and then have ongoing on-the-job training from an experienced Advisor within your branch as well as mentorship from your Sales Manager. This company wants you to succeed!!

You will be based in an extremely busy branch with an average house priced of £390kin need of an additional broker to manage the volume.

Your Package Will Include

• Basic of £18,000 with a guarantee for the first 6 months of £22,000 -£24,000 pa(dependant on experience / current earnings)
• Uplift in package as soon as you hit £50k in bankings and then tiered on bankings thereafter
• Get CAS status with 6-9 months
• Full industry standard training for 3 months
• On the job training and mentoring from qualified broker
• Based in very busy branch with lots of earning capacity

• Generous commission package with accelerated growth based on bankings
• After 2 years or if qualified bankings prior will transfer to Experienced Broker Scheme

About You

• You will be a fully CeMAP qualified Mortgage Advisor with the passion to succeed, looking for your first opportunity in writing Mortgages & Protection.
• Ideally you will have some direct sales experience and enjoy providing an excellent customer service
• You will be very sales driven - motivated by making money!
• You will be passionate about helping buyers through the process of making a house purchases and delivering the best possible customer experience
• You will have the ability to maintain and grow new and existing client relationships You will have good communication and conversation skills
• You will be self-motivated, personable, enthusiastic and a real team player!
• You will be able to recommend the most suitable mortgage & protection products and provide a first-class service to clients both across the telephone and face to face. The Advisor will enjoy building relationships and generating leads from all resources across the business.
