Mortgage Advisor - Partial Home Working

PRIMIS Mortgage Networkare seeking an experienced suitably qualifiedMortgage & Protection Advisor/sto join a very well established, Premiership status Appointed Representative Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation to be based out of their partner introducers highly successful Estate Agency business in Middlesbrough TS1.

PRIMIS / LSL Property Services plc have contracted relationships with many Estate Agency businesses nationwide to include Hunters, CJ Hole, Ewemove, Martin & Co, Your Move, Reeds Rains, Parkers, Whitegates, Intercounty, Lauristons, Davis Tate, Thomas Morris and Marsh & Parsons

The independent Estate Agency are a strong business in their territory and are committed fully to Financial Services moving forward.

The role is either employed or self-employed with extremely strong comms splits of up to 50% for leads provided and 75% for self generated business (Self Employed).

For the employed package the base is between £28,000 and £32,000 with a £65,000 + OTE

The Self Employed OTE for this role is estimated at £80,000 - £100,000 + for the very best

Pre requisites are CAS existing Mortgage and Protection advisor ideally within broking although we will consider banking advisors transitioning.
