One of our highly successful and leading businesses, Nightingale Mortgage Consultants are currently seeking a Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join their team on a self-employed basis with the view to joining the company.

The company recognise the importance of flexible working providing their staff the options to work from home and also have an office for hybrid or full time working, and working with Local estate agents to help create more leads and opportunities.

The company provides a range of services including Mortgage Planning, Protection Advice and Insurance to numerous clients.

Skills:

· CeMAP or relevant Mortgage Qualification

· A positive attitude and excellent team communication

· Looking to progress your career to the next level

· Client-orientated with high customer service skills and communication

· The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply

· Minimum 3 years+ experience of dealing with clients face to face

· Estate agency experience

Benefits:

· Generous Commission Split – OTE £100K+

· Flexible Working – WFH – Attend/Use office, work within local estate agents offices.

· Development Support towards full financial adviser role if required

Your duties will usually include:

• Meeting performance targets
• Ability to prospect and organise meetings
• Fact-find effectively to establish the client’s current finances and future aspirations.
• Provide high quality professional mortgage advice and explain different types of mortgages available
• Explain required insurance and protection products so that clients can make informed choices.
• Communicate effectively at all levels
• Ensure all regulatory documentation completed within the required timescale
• Keep up to date with new mortgage and protection products and changes in mortgage regulation
• Maintain generic knowledge of the Financial Services industry and knowledge that is deemed necessary
• Embrace company values and promote them effectively alongside the brand.
