Who We Are
Safeguard Financial Services are the clear choice for mortgage advice within the North East. We specialise in New Build Mortgages, re-mortgages, buy to let mortgages and mortgage insurance.
We advise on mortgages from a comprehensive range of lenders from across the market, which means we are not tied to any particular financial institution or bank, meaning we can advise on a wide range of financial products.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our growing team of mortgage advisors. We require an advisor with a proven ability to self-generate leads and a strong client base.
The successful candidate must be fully or part qualified with either CeMAP or MAQ.
What We Can Offer The Right Candidate
– Basic salary plus commission bonus OTE 50k
– North East and Yorkshire region
– We specialise in New Build Mortgages, re-mortgages, buy to let mortgages and mortgage insurance.
– We advise on mortgages from a comprehensive range of lenders from across the market meaning we can advise on a wide range of financial products
The Role
– Placing mortgages & re-mortgages for both new and existing clients.
– Identifying clients’ needs.
– Sourcing mortgages from a comprehensive range of lenders from across the market.
– Identifying additional sales opportunities.
– Cross selling protection and general insurance.
– Providing excellent customer service.
– Working within client and builder deadlines – to achieve client’s requirements.
– To up uphold company values and act in accordance to the financial regulations..
– Be able to give excellent customer care.
– Source the best available outcome for the client thorough research of markets.
– Ability to organise and admin duties.
– Keeping up to date with regulation and financial products.
