Mortgage Advisor / Broker, Based in Chester, Salary £25-30k basic + excellent uncapped commission.

We have an exciting and unique opportunity for a CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified Mortgage Advisor. The brokerage business is the sister company of a leading estate agency and property investment group. There will be an immediate and ongoing supply of quality leads and contacts from multiple sources to ensure that the successful candidate can hit the ground running.

The role offers excellent earning potential and the opportunity to progress into a more senior leadership role for the right candidate.

Applicants will need to be a CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified Mortgage Advisor / Broker who is keen to take the next step in their career. You will need to be highly motivated, with bags of energy, with the ability to engage with clients and build long term relationships. A good understanding of the mortgage brokerage sector, processes and compliance is essential.
