Zigzag Mortgages are seeking full-time top-quality Mortgage Administrators/Trainee Mortgage Advisers, to support our Mortgage and Protection Advisers.

Mortgage administration experience at a high level is essential for this role.

We primarily service referrals from local leading estate agents Ben Rose and existing clients. As an independent we act for clients buying from all agents.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate professionalism and be comfortable dealing with clients, lenders and introducers alike. We are looking for excellent organisation skills and ability to work to deadlines using a variety of software and systems. We welcome applications from candidates with relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurate data entry of mortgage and protection applications
  • Regular liaison with clients, introducers, lenders and providers
  • Social Media content
  • Progression of mortgage and protection applications through to completion
  • Dealing with incoming calls and emails
  • Booking client appointments
  • Chasing outstanding case requirements
  • Invoicing and reconciling payments from clients, networks, introducers and providers

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Adaptability to grow with the needs of a developing business
  • Excellent IT skills (inc. word and excel) with the ability to learn and adapt to new software
  • Tenacity and meticulous attention to data accuracy
  • Ability to problem solve independently and with initiative
  • Outstanding communication skills (written and oral)
  • Demonstrate a confident telephone manner and excellent customer service
