Summary
Working with the existing team of Mortgage advisers, progressing mortgage and protection applications through from application to completion.
Key Jobs Specific requirements
Excellent communication skills, primarily via the phone but also both in person and digitally
To provide guidance and updates to clients, lenders, business partners and colleagues on the progress of their applications.
Knowledge of Homebuying/Mortgage/Insurance industry will be beneficial
Experience of back office/data base system and be IT literate
A passion for getting the detail right every time.
Progress mortgage and insurance applications between client, adviser and lender/provider
Liaise with solicitors to progress the mortgage case to completion
Ensure that clients are updated at all stages of the process via phone, texts and emails
Support the team to schedule new appointments from incoming calls/emails and ensure that these are booked into adviser’s diaries
To be responsible for correct documentation being on all files.
Act in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR.
