Mortgage Admin Team Manager

Location: Aldershot, Hampshire

Salary: £30,000

Hours: Monday – Friday 9am till 5pm

Permanent, Full Time

My client is a highly successful Mortgage advice company and they are looking for an experienced Mortgage Admin Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have team management experience within a FCA Regulated environment.

Responsibilities:

Managing our administration team day by day including daily organisation, fair distribution of workloads and responsibility of overall performance

Responsibility for our finance function and banking

Oversight of the compliance within the company

Liaison and communication with our main business partners

Processing mortgage and insurance applications from start to finish and updating the required compliance data.

Essentials:

Excellent management skills with a proven track record of managing a team

At least 3 years experience working in a FCA regulated environment

Experience using various IT systems and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Superb organisational skills.

Clear communication skills both written and spoken.

Patience and problem solving skills.

Be accurate and precise

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to £30,000.00 per year
