Our ideal candidate is an experienced, customer-focused 2nd Line Support Engineer, with a background in Managed IT Services. You need to be a natural problem solver with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A passion for technology and providing outstanding customer service is essential.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing support issues via phone, email, or at onsite visits
  • Effective ticket management to meet defined service levels
  • Escalation of incidents to required support teams, vendors and team leads
  • Provide training to clients on application usage and best practices

Skills and Experience:

Experience in O365 migration projects (Email / Teams / SharePoint)

  • Windows OS 7, 8, 10
  • Windows Server 2012 & 2016
  • Active Directory
  • Exchange 2016
  • Veaam Backup
  • Hyper-V
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals
  • 3+ years’ experience within a desktop support role
  • Genuine and demonstrable interest in technology

Working hours are 37.5 per week, Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30
