Join our Plant & Fleetteam as a Mobilisation Partnerbased at our offices inThurnscoe (with occasional visits to Balfour Beatty sites),where you will have the opportunity to be part of a highly skilled team and the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the industry.

Role purpose

You will coordinate the mobilisation/demobilisation of site set up activities, ensuring customer satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing

On a Day-to-day Basis You Will
  • Engage with Project Managers, suppliers and internal functions on site to effectively manage and communicate all aspects of mobilisation and demobilisation successfully.
  • Support the project in specifying requirements.
  • Co-ordinate the successful completion of tenders through mobiliastions
  • Ensure relevant H & S / RAMS documentation in place prior to delivery of mobilisations
  • Manage programme delivery of mobilisaitons and demobilisations
  • Ensure all orders are placed accurately and completed on time to the customers specification and in agreed SLAs.
  • Proactively monitor progress of all orders, working with internal/external suppliers to fulfil order requirements.
  • Proactively problem solve and assist customer with enquiries.
  • Management of document storage and file management continuously auditing to ensure accurate data documented.

Who we’re looking for

To join us in this role, you must demonstrate/obtain the following:
  • Customer service experience (High volume)
  • Excellent time management skills
  • A confident individual, with an ability to form effective relationships with partners
  • Dynamic individual, able to multi -task whilst providing excellent customer service experience
