We are currently looking to add SIA licenced Mobile Response Officers to join our operations team based in Gateshead.

The position will require the successful candidate to drive a company vehicle, to maintain a safe and secure environment for customers, by monitoring their premises and responding to alarm activations. This position is full time and requires the candidate to work on a roster pattern which is days, nights and weekends.

Salary is: £9:15 per hour.

Roles and Responsibilities

Carry out mobile patrols (using the company vehicle provided)

Respond to Intruder and fire alarm callouts

Provide a locking service, locking doors and gates as require

Protect property against destruction, damage and theft

To effectively deal with all incidents

Provide a customer friendly, reassuring, professional security presence

Desirable

Experience of delivering excellent Customer Service

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Be reliable

Licences

A valid SIA licence

A valid driving licence
