Our state-of-the-art showrooms are a source of inspiration for our customers and our Mobile Showrooms provide an incredible opportunity for us to deliver a fantastic service to even more customers.You will earn a basic salary of £21,840 plus uncapped commission with OTE of £50,000.Main Responsibilities:
  • Visit customers’ homes to provide an exceptional experience of designing their dream kitchen and/or bedroom
  • Guide customers through the design process and demonstrate why customers choose Wren Kitchens and Wren Bedrooms
  • Conduct home surveys that ensure accurate measurements are used in the design process
  • Ensure your diary is managed effectively, giving enough time to each appointment
  • Maintain an order bank to ensure customers are communicated with and deliveries are booked on time
In addition to any other duties, as a responsible personyou must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.Training:We provide a 12-week training course; this includes two separate,week-long residential stays here at our state-of-the-art Training Academy in Barton-upon-Humber. This is expensed with travel and accommodation, as well as breakfast and evening meal allowances.What we offer:

About You
  • Previous experience in the KBB industry or fitted furniture sales is essential
  • A creative mindset with an eye for detail
  • A commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Available to work shifts including some evenings and weekends
  • You will have a full UK manual driving licence
  • Organised with the ability to manage your diary effectively
