Every day’s progress is a communal effort and you’ll be a valued member of the team.Our TechWe develop for mobile on the Android and iOS platforms using the native languages of Swift and Kotlin, we follow modern processes and development styles. We aim to adopt modern tools and frameworks once the team has agreed they are ready for production, these include such technologies as SwiftUI, async/await, and jetpack compose. Code is always peer-reviewed and, as a team, we meet regularly to discuss new approaches, challenges and ideas.ResponsibilitiesCoaching and supporting the growth of around 6-8 engineers through regular 1-2-1s and ongoing personal development plansDriving the technical success of projects.
