The Role:

While each day brings its own unique challenges, your typical day will kick off by confirming that your vehicle has undergone thorough safety checks and is primed for the bustling day ahead. If there are no pre-scheduled tasks, you can proceed directly to your designated work area. Prepared to swiftly address our customers’ needs, you’ll be equipped to offer prompt responses, ensuring we promptly resolve breakdown requests with minimal disruption. Customers can conveniently monitor job progress through the Job Manager App, guaranteeing them constant updates.

Upon reaching the site, your extensive industry expertise will shine as you work to devise optimal solutions for our customers. Throughout, you’ll uphold our unwavering commitment to top-tier service. Alongside your problem-solving responsibilities, you’ll maintain active communication with existing clients and identify opportunities for prospective new partnerships.

Utilize the official company app on your company phone to record job procedures and update customer orders. Employ the app to efficiently restock and maintain your company van, guaranteeing its constant readiness and a clean, professional appearance.

As part of the on-call rotation (typically one week in every three), you will be eligible for standby compensation. This entails potential nighttime and weekend on-site duties as required. These efforts will be remunerated with overtime pay, calculated based on the hours worked during each call-out.
