Due to growth, we are seeking Mobile Carers (preferably with experience) to join our dedicated response team. Please note that you must have a valid UK Driving Licence to be considered for this role.

About The Role

We call our carers ‘Mobile Responders’ and we are looking for well-balanced and compassionate individuals with experience of working with the general public to join our dedicated team. You will be provided with everything you need and drive our new, modern, well-equipped vehicles.

You will be helping people in their homes and you may also be called upon to administer personal care, prompt medications and support patients and their families through end of life care.

Our dedicated Response service is committed to delivering the best possible patient-centered care for the people of Wiltshire. You don’t need to be medically trained but if you require clinical advice you can call the Clinical Assessment Service at our Head Office who will ensure you have all the support you need.

About You

Below is an overview of what is required in order to be considered for the role, please note this is not an exhaustive list.
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Must be well balanced and compassionate
  • Must be used to dealing with the public
  • A good communicator
  • Have a working knowledge of computer
  • Must be flexible
