Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate for this role will have past experience of implementing Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (F&O), either as part of a business unit or with a technical partner. We’re keen to find someone with at least a year’s consultancy experience in the finance space.

Our Dynamics 365 F&O Consultants need the confidence to run workshops with customers and key stakeholders (often in large groups), and the communication skills to get to the heart of customers’ challenges. The ability to tactfully challenge others is a must.

Knowledge is key, so the person who steps into this role should be proactive in sharing their learnings and confident in their ability to deliver training sessions.

We’re looking for someone who can bring a fresh outlook and plenty of enthusiasm when it comes to supporting our customers in making the most of the technology they’ve invested in.

Our values – putting people first, service excellence and technical leadership – lie at the heart of everything we do, so we need someone who can embody those in their everyday work.

Experience with the wider Dynamics 365 and Power Platform offerings would be beneficial. Above all, we’re looking for someone with a passion to pursue a career in Dynamics 365 consultancy.

Your knowledge, skills and achievements

  • Business processes - you will be able to quickly understand how businesses operate, and where you can advise them of areas of improvement through more effective use of technology.
  • Stakeholder management –the ability to communicate openly and clearly with staff at different levels is an important skill. You will also be good at documentation and have an eye for detail.
  • Change management – you’ll have a knack for spotting areas for improvement and have an ability to influence how people operate.
  • Finance and Operations Application Stack (Finance, Supply Chain Management, Project Ops & Commerce) – you will have a detailed understanding of at least two core modules (GL, AR, AP, etc.)
  • Functional life cycle skills – you’ll be confident in business analysis, testing, training and support
  • Microsoft Dynamics – you’ll have an excellent knowledge of the Dynamics 365 platform and ideally will have achieved professional certification (e.g. MB-300/ MB-310)

Practicalities

As an F&O Consultant, you’ll be based at home, but may need to visit customer sites from time to time. We have an office in Stoneleigh, Warwickshire, and our consultants are always welcome to visit, should they want or need to.

You’ll be given the technology you need to work from home, the office or a customer’s headquarters and any travel expenses will be reimbursed.
