About the role...

Do you have MHE Training experience? Do you have warehouse supervisory experience? If you are confident and enthusiastic with good knowledge of warehouse procedures, then we might just have the job for you!

The purpose of the role is to ensure all warehouse staff are regularly trained on all MHE equipment, including any new starters.

Main Duties include:

  • To deliver all forms of MHE training for both experienced and novice colleagues.
  • To maintain and deliver an accurate MHE training plan in line with HSE best practice.
  • To ensure the efficient and effective training of Works Instructions and maintain accurate records.
  • To support the Warehouse Supervisors in administrative and operational tasks.
  • To cover Supervisor absence.
  • To provide operational support such as picking, loading, receiving and replenishment and putaway and hygiene tasks
  • To support the Warehouse Manager in the management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 within the warehouse operations.

Additional Duties

  • To adhere to the instruction given by Supervisory Management.
  • Responsibility for Health & Safety of self and others.
  • To ensure compliance with Working Instruction /Quality Procedures.
  • To operate to company rules and requirements at all times.

Essential Requirements:

  • RTITB, ITSSR or In House accredited Reach Truck License.
  • At least 12 months’ experience of training in the use of MHE.
  • Flexibility around work patterns.
  • Experience working in a fast moving environment while maintaining quality and accuracy.
  • Reliability.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience in the Food Service Industry.
  • Experience of Food Hygiene Standards.
