Job Description

The Market Development Manager will be responsible for building and driving country growth initiatives in one of Envista’s highest potential businesses. This individual will work closely with our existing senior leadership team and cross functional experts to develop and execute sales growth programs, including:
  • Utilize the candidate’s deep knowledge of the Hospital disinfection processes and competitive environment in the UK. Translate into an actionable business plan that drives new sales into the Medical Infection prevention market.
  • Drive sales via in-person selling activities and support of partners growth to meet the agreed business plan.
  • Uncover potential opportunities. Create new partnerships with customers, GPOs and dealers
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in commercial execution working with identified KOL in the respective geographies & the internal marketing team.
Job Requirements

Job Requirements:
  • Understand the differentials of the target geographic market needs and trends, translate them into growth initiatives by market
  • Develop a strong opportunity funnel to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales growth objectives & present to the senior leadership Team
  • Negotiate agreements/contracts at National level as appropriate & present to Senior Leadership Team the requirements, value, profitability and advantages of participation
  • External and Internal communication & presentation skills are essential
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of time based on job requirements
  • Identify and engage influencers and decision makers in medical disinfection field to uncover sales opportunities
  • Maintaining accurate records of account activity (CRM)
  • Continuous improvement mindset and collaborative team player are essential

Experience
  • Must have a demonstrable commercial experience in the Infection Prevention market
  • Proven track record in establishing and building strong business partnerships with Channel Partners and End Users in the complex Tender driven B2B market
  • Experience in creating and sustaining strong business results
  • Bachelor’s Degree; concentrations in healthcare, business, or marketing preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License
