Position: Mercedes-Benz Electric Van Sales Executive
Location: Blackburn, Bolton or Carlisle
Salary: Competitive basic + commission + bonus + laptop + mobile + company vehicle

At Ciceley Commercials Ltd, we are incredibly excited to be expanding our award-winning sales team. We are looking for two dynamic EV specialists to join our established team to focus on developing the growth of electric vehicle sales for the business.
The Mercedes-Benz electric vehicle range offers solutions in most van sectors, with more exciting models and updates due in the coming months. These exciting products require the dedication they deserve and so we are recruiting two dedicated EV specialists to promote and sell these vehicles into the ever-developing EV market.
The successful candidates will be required to embrace the electric vehicle technology, you will be the Ciceley experts and the driving force for electric vehicles within Ciceley. The role will include generating leads and enquiries through various channels, on and offline across the country. You will be responsible for online advertising of stock, outbound customer contact, handling incoming enquiries through to consultation, demonstration, quotation and sale. You will also be required to work closely with the marketing team, providing regular content for social media and updates to the website.
You will receive thorough Mercedes-Benz product training and you will be fully supported by a dedicated Electric Van Driver Trainer, the management and marketing team.
Main duties

  • Advertising vehicles on digital platforms
  • Outbound prospecting
  • Handling incoming enquiries
  • Attending customer meetings on and off site
  • Providing the best customer experience, from detailed quotation through to order, handover and beyond
  • Working closely with the marketing team to generate innovative content for web and social media
  • Attending relevant marketing events, such as networking events and trade fairs
  • Recording all activity in CRM system
  • Creating innovative ways in which to raise awareness of our electric vehicle range and generate leads

Role requirements

  • Good knowledge of the EV market and competitor models
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Previous sales experience, including tariff-led selling
  • A confident and determined approach
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Competitive nature with a ‘be the best’ attitude
  • Competent in the use of technologies as part of the selling process
  • Computer literate and quick to pick up new technology and methods of working
  • Enthusiastic and dedicated approach to work
  • Creative with new ideas on lead generation/creating opportunities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Computer literate
  • Enthusiasm for new technology
  • Full UK driving licence
