Purpose of the job

We are looking for a dynamic and highly versatile individual to join a multi-faceted team as a Mentor. The role will mostly comprise of case-management focussing on improving outcomes for Melton residents through an initial triage assessment to enable Digital, Financial and Social Independence.

Your caseload will be reflective of the multi-functioning structure of a small team so you must be able to demonstrate experience in supporting people with diverse and complex needs. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to rise to the challenges of a continuously developing service within a multi-agency centre.

You must possess exceptional organisational and communication skills along with the desire and drive to turn around people’s lives.
