*Membership Support Advisor - Home Based - England*You will be required to act as a role model for our Company ‘Visions and Values’, leading by example to demonstrate what is expected showing genuine empathy, alongside the ability to draft highly effective communications to our members. Ideally you would have experience of working within a Customer Care/Contact Centre environment, with demonstrable experience of providing fantastic customer service. You should also be comfortable working with Microsoft Teams.
We understand that the world has changed, so we have adapted our ways of working, hence this role is a home-based role . You will have the opportunity to make a positive difference to our members experience and enjoyment of their Club memberships. We are looking for someone who has bundles of enthusiasm, is self-motivated and can bring their A-game every day.
