About the job

At hiyacar we are on a mission to connect drivers to a car when and where they want one. We are on the lookout for the right person to join our Member Support Team and help us make this a reality across the UK!

What you’ll be doing:


  • Being the first point of contact for our members and providing the 5 star experience that we pride ourselves on by helping to answer their questions and resolve any issues

  • Working to identify common issues and improve our system, with ample opportunity to carve out your own passion projects related to supporting our members

  • Reviewing applications from new members and helping them to complete the sign-up process where necessary

  • Reviewing claims arising from bookings and resolving any issues including cleaning and parking tickets & other penalties

  • Working with our part-time weekend team to ensure consistency in our approach across weekdays and weekends


The job is a full-time role which is 3 weekdays per week as well as Saturday & Sunday. You will be required to attend the office a minimum of 1 weekday per week and our office is located in Shoreditch, just a 5 minute walk from Old Street station.

You need to be a natural at building relationships with a diverse group of people and have a passion for excellence in customer service. We’re looking for great communicators who love helping people, so you should enjoy making complicated situations simple and painless. This means being a great problem-solver with the ability to process and resolve issues quickly. You should have highly tuned senses of compassion and empathy and a drive to constantly help others. A big part of the role involves supporting each other, so you should understand the value in building relationships with your team.
