The National Pharmacy Association (NPA) is currently recruiting for a Member Services Advisor to join their Member Services Department. The purpose of this role is to be the primary point of engagement for Members and users of all non-clinical and non- insurance based products / services, providing a first class experience and excellent Customer Care.

The successful candidate will have previous contact centre, call handling and customer service experience.

This is a permanent, full time position of 35 hours per week and is based at the NPA head office in St Albans, Hertfordshire. We are currently working from home until it is safe to resume office working, at which point a flexibility between home and office working is expected.
