Here’s what you can expect to be doing…

Are you an experienced medical Sales Specialistlooking for a challenging, yet highly rewarding career that goes beyond selling?

As part of a successful market leading and established team, you will be responsible for regional sales
growth of our capital equipment portfolio; infusion pumps and acute renal failure dialysis machines.

B Braun’s market leading, infusion pump portfolio and supporting connectivity/medicines management services, is focused on delivering patient safety solutions and positive clinical outcomes, across all clinical areasincluding oncology, ICU and neonatal/paediatrics.

Your role will be to drive sales,working within the NHS and private hospitals. You will work as a part of a team on large projects to implement the solution.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • To maximise products sales by utilising a high level of product knowledge and selling skills.
  • To protect existing business and accounts by building strong relationships and delivering a high level of customer care and service.
  • To interact with stakeholders to establish an informed knowledge of clinical data and the market.
  • To create new business opportunities by investigating accounts and establishing relationships with relevant clinical, IT, technical, pharmacy and procurement stakeholders
  • To manage projects including the following - product installations/clinical training hospital wide and specific clinical specialities, IT integration installations with hospital systems
  • To liaise with internal Technical Service and Clinical Education teams to meet the customer and contractual obligations.


What you’ll need to succeed

  • Demonstrable success and proven experience in medical sales
  • Proven experience of working with NHS stakeholder groups above, whether in sales or in a clinical capacity
  • Have a good understanding of technical, clinical and customer experience elements
  • Good communication skills with the ability to effectively manage projects
  • Ability to prioritise and organise your own workload to meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment whilst working with and supporting your wider team.
  • Ability to identify knowledge gaps and development potentials
  • Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
  • Be flexible to meet business needs with full driving Licence
