Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager (AC, Vent and Plumbing)

Location: Enfield, London

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 (depending on experience)

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Mechanical Project Manager with a strong background in AC, Vent and Plumbing to join our dynamic team in Enfield. Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage multiple mechanical projects, ensuring successful delivery within budget and on schedule.
- Coordinate and liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met and exceeded.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, plans, and budgets.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality standards and safety regulations are adhered to.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project coordination and communication.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying any risks or issues and implementing proactive solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams when necessary.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within the AC, Vent and Plumbing industry.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of AC, ventilation, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources

effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in electrical systems would be a bonus, but not essential.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a focus on meeting or exceeding client expectations.
- Experience in a project management role, with the ability to lead and motivate project teams.
- Relevant qualifications and certifications in mechanical engineering or a related field.
