Maintenance Mechanic

Role:

To perform the tasks of preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities following the instructions of the Maintenance Manager, in order to minimize breakdowns and downtime based on the execution of scheduled activities in accordance with the regulations of quality, health and safety and environment established in the workplace.

Main functions:

1. Adjustment of installations, cleaning of filters and necessary repairs. Keep the systems infrastructure operational as well as the technical capacity in the new versions of the products, ensuring the proper functioning of the assigned systems.

2. Develop maintenance interventions, taking into account the technical documentation and the conditions of the equipment or systems.

3. Ensure compliance with the regulations of PRL by both internal and external staff (subcontracted companies).

4. Maintenance and tuning of machines and automatic processes.

5. Manage the purchase of auxiliary maintenance equipment.

6. Monitor and periodically report the maintenance results of the Group (stop times, costs, inventory of spare parts).

7. Perform the tasks of preventive and predictive maintenance according to the model implemented.

8. Supervise preventive maintenance tasks assigned to production personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Technical Training in Maintenance or similar
  • Languages: English, Spanish (not essential)
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in similar positions.
