Encore are proud to be working in partnership with a manufacturing specialist. This company manufactures aerospace products and have been at the forefront of their industry on an international level. This unique role offers half day on Friday’s (Week 1) and Friday’s off (Week 2)
Job Role:
As an Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be tasked for carrying out reactive, preventative, and proactive maintenance for all equipment on site.
Typical Duties will involve:


  • Carrying out repairs and maintenance of all equipment on site, Providing reactive and preventative maintenance (PPM’s)
  • Pneumatic and Hydraulic fault finding and repairs.
  • Attending to machinery breakdowns, fault finding processing equipment.
  • General onsite maintenance as and when required.
  • Working effectively alone as well as part of a team of engineers onsite.
  • Support the maintenance team with upcoming critical construction and infrastructure projects.
Desirable experience
  • Have to have a relevant Engineering qualification (mechanical)
  • Have to be experienced in a face passed manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to root cause analysis/problem solving processes.
