The aim of this programme is to develop the future pharmaceutical supply chain engineering, operational and technical leaders.

We’re looking for highly motivated mechanical engineering graduates who are keen to develop into our next engineering leaders. You will be energised by the thought of being part of our engineering team, ensuring we have the latest, safe, efficient and reliable equipment to deliver billions of packs of life-saving medicines to patients every year.

Our Future Leaders graduate programme will challenge and support you to grow professionally and personally. You will have three challenging rotations in business-critical roles where you will have the opportunity to meet senior leaders and network with other graduates. You will also improve your technical skills while gaining valuable leadership expertise.

What will you do?

• Project management of new equipment from design to installation and commissioning
• Capital project execution
• Continuous Improvement: Increase manufacturing efficiencies through analysing machine data, root causing breakdowns and identifying improvements that increase equipment performance.
• Reliability engineering looking at equipment uptime and availability
• Safety & Ergonomic initiatives
• Provide focus on energy management and sustainability projects
• Keep abreast of cutting-edge technologies in precision engineering
• Work towards Chartered Engineer status
  

You’ll Need

• A relevant degree and be keen to learn
• To be technically minded, a passion for machines and interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
