Mechanical Engineer (Plumbing Bias) Abergavenny £34,000 Package: Vehicle + Call out standby & minimum 4 hours paid per call out + Overtime (x1.5/ x2) Facilitate Search is a specialist FM recruitment business and we have an exciting opportunity working across South Wales.-You will working for one of the UK’s largest FM service providers on a national contract.
  • You will be delivering both planned and reactive maintenance services to a number of commercial buildings including offices, retail & critical sites in and around South Wales.
  • You will be working as part of a multi-skilled engineering team and will be tasked with delivering all aspects of mechanical maintenance services such as plumbing works, taps, valves, water leaks within pipework, pressure vessels & L8 PPM´s and reactive works.
  • This is an opportunity that offers great internal training & personal development programmes.
  • Applicants will hold formal plumbing qualifications with experience working in plant rooms.
