Do you have an interest in all things electrical and mechanical? Are you looking to step into a role within a Housing Association? Then look no further - have a look at this role at Taff Housing.


We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic to join our Surveying Team, someone who wants to make a difference and help deliver positive outcomes to our residents.


If you have a background or a good knowledge in electrics or anything mechanical, and are happy to be out on site, meeting with residents and contractors, then we want to hear from you. You should also have an understanding of CDM, contractor management and Health & Safety. No two days will be the same so you will need to demonstrate your ability to meet changing demands and manage your own workload in a fast paced, dynamic work environment.
