Brief Description of the Role:

We serve a core population of around 500,000 people and provide specialist services for some 1.1 million.

Here in the Oral and Maxillofacial, Orthodontics & Restorative Unit we have a very high standard of clinical care and we are active in education and research.

An exciting opportunity has arisen in this busy multidisciplinary department to appoint an enthusiastic, forward-thinking Maxillofacial Prosthetist & Technologist. We are seeking a conscientious individual to join our team to assist with the provision of the design and construction of a broad range of clinical, facial, and body prostheses. The post holder will also work closely with the Maxillofacial consultants planning Orthognathic surgery and the Restorative consultant to produce advanced restorative appliances.

The Laboratory operates a 5 day working week and the applicant will be required to work 37.5 hours per week.
