Job Elements

• The position is for role within the Logistics Group from Goods Inwards, Warehousing, Despatch to Shipping
• To ensure an effective flow of materials from our suppliers into our Manufacturing area and then onto our Customers.
• All material movements within the department from raw material into finished goods.
• All associated system transactions from Customs clearance to Goods receipt/Storage/issue to Manufacturing / receipt of finished goods and onward shipment to the Customer
• Ensure that the department operates in a safe manner at all times.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Good basic education
• Good working knowledge of SAP within a Logistics environment including Kanban process and problem solving experience
• Order Picker (WAVE) and Counter Balance Fork truck license preferable
• Significant experience of Warehousing in a lean manufacturing environment.
• Capable of using standard Microsoft suite of applications to a good level.
