Job description

The Manager will be responsible for all inter-factory movements of materials arriving too and from Site.

He/she will also be responsible for movement and tracking of materials throughout the Factory.

He/she will be responsible for making sure all materials are recorded correctly throughout all relevant processes and must be computer literate to a high standard.

The Manager will make sure that all Safe Working Practices are carried out by all staff.

The Manager must have knowledge of updating Operating Procedures and Risk and Management Systems for the Department.

He/she must be trained up to RTITB standards for FLT’s and have experience in all aspects of Materials Handling and Warehouse Management.

He/she will be expected to introduce and maintain KPI’s and meet with Site Management on a regular basis.

All time and attendance records must be recorded and forwarded to Payroll for processing.

He/she must be able to deal and resolve any HR issues within the department

The Manager will also be responsible for sorting Waste materials for disposal.

  • Material Handling: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • FLT Licence (required)
