We are looking for a highly organised Master Production Scheduler, who has experience in regulated manufacturing environments, for a unique role with an international manufacturer who can take the operational lead on internal planning, scheduling and streamlining to maximise the sites efficiency and output whilst being able to minimise disruptions and keeping quality at the highest level.

This will involve working with internal teams to drive productivity and efficiency gains across the business from procurement to manufacturing and finance to operations

Key experience needed:

  • Come from a regulated manufacturing background including pharma, bio-tech, medical device, food, cosmetics, aviation or automotive
  • Experience of using a variety of raw materials and suppliers in their production process rather than single products
  • Proven ability to set up an enterprise scheduling process
  • An ability to take data from multiple sources and present across the business in an organised and understandable fashion
  • A thorough understanding of forecasting and future planning, looking at lead times for raw materials and planning accordingly
  • Working with internal departmental planners to coordinate on a strategic level and manage the implications of departmental updates and changes
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
