The Role:

Ballast Research is looking for an exceptional candidate with experience using MarketingCloud to join our External Affairs team. This Associate will help our teams design and execute email campaigns for our research projects. The ideal candidate is an outcome-driven team player with strong communication and attention to detail..

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Implementing Marketing Campaigns: Executing email marketing campaigns aimed at hard-to-reach professionals that achieve specific metrics for participation in our qualitative and quantitative research.
  • List Management and Campaign Analytics: Overseeing contact list management, email campaigns, and campaign analytics using Salesforce MarketingCloud.
  • Trend Analysis and Problem Solving: Analyze marketing campaign performance and emerging trends to inform data-driven recommendations and achieve improved results.

Required Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience managing marketing campaigns using Salesforce and MarketingCloud
  • Strong technical skills in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Interest in, and successful track record of, driving participation outcomes in marketing campaigns to ensure client success
  • Excellent time management and judgment; demonstrated proficiency at managing simultaneous projects from start to finish
  • Expertise in building and maintaining digital relationships, communities, and networks
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience in politics (e.g., voter outreach, fundraising) desirable, but not required.
