Marketing Specialist required for our start-up manufacturer based in Oxfordshire. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in executing marketing campaigns, managing various marketing channels, and contributing to the overall success of our marketing initiatives. If you have a passion for marketing, strong attention to detail, and a track record of delivering results, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
  • Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers.
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including list management, content creation, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and engaging marketing materials, such as blog posts, articles, and infographics.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, target audiences, and opportunities for campaign optimization.
  • Assist in tracking and analysing campaign performance using various tools and platforms and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in managing marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of marketing activities.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging marketing tools, and best practices to continuously enhance our marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in executing marketing campaigns, preferably in a B2B or technology-focused manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with social media management platforms, email marketing tools, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with graphic design tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
