6 month FTC About the role: The Marketing Planning Executive is a multi-facetted role which straddles two core areas within Customer Marketing
  • Planning and delivery of marketing operations. Planning
  • You will work with local markets and departments to get a view of what activity is coming up over the financial year. You will be responsible for maintaining the annual calendar of activity and will be key to being able to identify commonalities across the plans, highlighting where we could drive collaboration and efficiencies.   • You will work closely with the Studio Manager on key projects and adhoc jobs that come through our internal creative agency. You will speak to stakeholders to understand their requirement and then ensure the smooth delivery of activity through the team. You will also be integral in helping to on board two new systems, ensuring testing, comms and adoption is scoped out and monitored. Key accountabilities: Development and management of planning calendar Integration of two new process systems into the department Weekly management of Marketing Planning calls Establishing and developing relationships with key inputs from around the business Supporting the smooth running of creative activity through the team What we’re looking for: Worked in a multi-national matrix organisation marketing community Supporting the delivery of marketing commercial programmes in a fast-paced commercial environment Proficient in MS office, especially excel Confidence in working with senior level stakeholders Highly flexible with the ability to multi-task and manage an extensive ’to-do’ list A creative thinker, confident enough to suggest new ideas and improved ways of working A strong team player with the ability to build effective relationships A second European language would be an advantage We are RS Group.
