Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role is focused on developing and executing targeted multi-channel marketing campaigns to grow our UK, USA and Canada customer base and expand our footprint on existing accounts.

This role is the main marketing point of contact for the UK, USA and Canada region, and works closely with global marketing and other regional marketing managers as well as the Regional Director, UKI and her team. The successful candidate will be an advocate and champion for raising the bar and implementing best in class account-based marketing techniques and tools to constantly drive improvement and work closely with sales teams to identify target accounts and create targeted marketing campaigns to build awareness, create demand, and generate new revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy: Creating and executing impactful multi-touch account-based marketing plans that focus on demand generation and deal acceleration within our most important industry sectors, prospects and existing customers to help achieve sales revenue goals across our UK, USA and Canada region.
GTM: Researching specific industry sectors, organisations and personas to produce the most effective messages, channels content and materials by sector and country including customised collateral to support the sales team across the entire sales cycle.
Events:Planning and executing events under the Achilles Live brand and managing Achilles attendance at relevant third party events as required (round tables, conferences, breakfast meetings, webinars) to achieve marketing goals.
Content marketing – working with the wider Achilles team of ESG and Carbon experts to develop impactful content that drives market engagement and our SEO performance.
Web: Maintaining an impactful regional web presence that aligns to regulatory and other developments and leverages business activities including relevant product launches, business wins and other initiatives.
Sales Enablement: Developing strong relationships with account teams and customers. Act as the link between the sales team and marketing, ensuring materials meet brand requirements and messaging is consistent.
ROI: Reviewing and adjusting plans and activities to achieve maximum impact and measure and report on the impact of marketing campaigns to support overall account and business goals.
Project and budget management: Working to agreed timescales and within agreed budget limits and maintaining budgetary control across all UK, USA and Canadian marketing activity.

Qualifications
Marketing or Business-related degree or equivalent CIM or professional qualification

Person Specification
KNOWLEDGE
- Adobe creative suite knowledge preferred
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Knowledge of Hubspot preferred
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft suite
- Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously
- Excellent understanding of the technical sales cycle

EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of Marketing experience
- Proven track record of building successful ABM campaigns preferred
- Proven track record of event planning
- Experience in collaboration/working with external agencies and partners
