Position overview :

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Marketing Managerto be responsible for all internal
and external communications while ensuring that company brand guidelines are followed and
maintained. You will be a self-motivated individual with good communication skills, experience in
B2B marketing communications and providing support, guidance, and leadership to the wider marketing
team to ensure timely and effective delivery of all marketing materials.

You will report to the Director , Business Development (UK) and Marketing (International) .

Key objectives and responsibilities:

  • Develop and update the lead driven marketing campaigns strategy to up sell and cross-sell to key target audiences and industry sectors
  • Measure and report on ROI and the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns and programs
  • Collaborate and lead the marketing team to generate impactful activities using advanced marketing automation techniques
  • Coordinate UK & European events and identify and recommend events to attend, with the aim of generating leads and to support the sales strategy
  • Create and update marketing and campaign collateral including print and online
  • Constantly explore, recommend, use, and optimise communication methods and technologies to engage with various audiences
  • Strong involvement in the creation and implementation of Social Media strategies and campaigns
  • Take on regional budget responsibility and active involvement in planning and scheduling; active coordination with colleagues in EMEA to implement best practices & consistent processes
  • Communicate and educate the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities including global, regional, and local programs
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • From time-to-time undertake additional activities as business needs and marketing objectives require

Skills and q ualifications required :

  • Relevant work experience from B2B marketing communications
  • Proven experience working within a creative and visual design-led marketing role
  • High level of written English and grammar along with copywriting experience
  • Proven integrated campaign management experience
  • Event management experience
  • Online experience (technical expertise, best practice, and delivery of marketing campaigns)
  • Excellent knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team/virtual team
  • Confident and driven, with a positive can-do attitude
  • Resourceful and able to resolve problems with little guidance
  • Ability to adapt and change to accommodate priority projects
  • Good relational skills to successfully work with diverse internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Experience with the full Adobe CC Suite
