Marketing Manager required for an electro-mechanical R&D manufacturer based in South Oxfordshire. If you have a passion for marketing, a strategic mindset, and a track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products/services and achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
  • Create compelling marketing messages and collateral materials that effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and optimize marketing efforts to improve ROI.
  • Manage the company’s online presence, including the website, social media platforms, and email marketing.
  • Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Track marketing budgets, monitor expenses, and provide cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role within a start-up business or SME within manufacturing environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
