Role: Marketing Manager

Employment Type: 12 month Fixed Term Contract

Location: HOMEWORKING but must be based within a commutable distance to our head office in Wimbledon where will be engaging a hybrid way of working

Team

The role will be focusing on growing Digital Marketing as a relatively new concept in an established business, and will be a mix of optimising current activity and creating new marketing opportunities. This would suit someone with a solid grounding in digital marketing background looking for the next career step in a supportive and friendly team.

Key Responsibilities

Build commercial cases for new marketing initiatives and launch these as part of test and learn activity

Manage day to day digital performance marketing across our agency partners

Work with our creative team to develop marketing concepts for marketing channels

Evaluate the success of campaigns using analytics software and find opportunities for improvement

Work with Digital team to develop onsite journeys to support marketing activity

Develop marketing propositions and campaigns with D&G’s range of client partners

Find new ways of adding value across the wider business via digital marketing activity

Desired Knowledge / Skills

Around 2-3 years’ experience in an in-house marketing role - FS experience and a marketing qualification a bonus

Previous experience of launching or developing new marketing initiatives

Good understanding of cross-channel digital marketing including paid and organic channels

Good understanding of analytics and ad management platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, SA360 Facebook Ads) and how to optimise performance

Basic understanding of marketing tracking and its implementation

Strong Powerpoint and presenting skills

Experience working with legal and regulatory teams
