Inivos are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the Marketing function of the business. At its core, Inivos is a specialist medical technology business developing, manufacturing, and supplying products and services to enable hospitals and healthcare facilities to reduce the risk of infection. What are we looking for in this position? The Marketing Manager will be expected to lead the Marketing Team to ensure that the marketing team are successfully achieving their day-to-day objectives to ensure the business meets its goals. What will you do?
  • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts
  • Coordinate Marketing and Sales efforts to boost brand awareness
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
  • Build best practice templates and oversee their use across the business
  • Lead the team to deliver the expected short-term objectives and outcomes, as well as being set up for the future
  • Develop and deliver our digital plans, including website and all social media
  • Launch marketing campaigns on new product developments and projects
  • Implement an internal and external business communications framework
  • Take a hands-on approach to the Marketing function of the business
  • To be aware of the commercial and financial constraints of the business What will you need to have and do?

  • Minimum of 5 + years of overall Marketing experience
  • Relevant marketing qualifications – Degree, CIM or other certificates
