As the Marketing Manager - Corporate Clients, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and executing high-impact campaigns that drive client acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth across various marketing channels. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you’ll lead multichannel and integrated B2B marketing initiatives that generate marketing qualified leads and revenue opportunities. Your ability to understand the unique needs and challenges of our target segments, combined with your strategic thinking and practical approach, will be key to your success. Your responsibilities will include:

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Spearheading multichannel and integrated B2B marketing campaigns to drive marketing qualified leads and revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborating with the Content Writer to develop a comprehensive content strategy that caters to the different stages of the marketing funnel.
  • Partnering with the General Marketing Manager to identify industry events and leverage publication and trading associations to enhance brand awareness among key segments, including Corporates/SMEs, Accountancy Firms, and Non-profit organizations.
  • Overseeing the distribution of captivating content across relevant channels, such as social media, website, and email.
  • Monitoring market trends and staying updated on the competitive landscape within the Institutional Cash markets.
  • Measuring campaign performance and leveraging insights to recommend strategic improvements aligned with business goals.
  • Managing marketing budgets for different segments, ensuring optimal allocation and diligent tracking throughout the year.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of marketing best practices and emerging trends.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in a senior B2B marketing position
  • Demonstrable success in conceiving, developing, and executing impactful marketing campaigns from ideation to delivery.
  • Ideally CIM qualified or equivalent, showcasing a solid foundation in marketing principles and strategies.
  • A strategic and commercially-minded thinker who can translate ideas into practical and actionable plans.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications, CMS (WordPress), email marketing platforms, and LinkedIn.
  • In-depth understanding of SEO, PPC, and Google Suite, enabling you to maximize digital marketing efforts.
  • An analytical and creative mindset with a strong numerical acumen, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills to manage complex campaigns and deliver exceptional results.
  • A genuine interest in finance, FinTech, and the cash management space, allowing you to navigate industry intricacies with ease.
  • A positive, passionate, and driven professional with a can-do attitude that inspires others.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with stakeholders.
