What will I be doing as a Marketing Manager? Managing a team of 3 marketers you will be key to encourage, support and lead your team to success Using your great eye for creative detail by proofing product branding, labels, and packaging. Enjoy using Adobe Creative Suite and other marketing platforms Take the lead on event planning and organisation for corporate exhibitions Investigate the feasibility of projects for the Sales & Marketing Committee and give your insightful feedback Travel to general meetings for the purpose of presenting to the membership on marketing projects for the group Enjoy getting to know your suppliers to obtain images and resources to assist in the success of marketing their products Working closely with the Procurement and IT team to learn more about content for existing products and get excited about supporting the marketing of new products Organise marketing material for digital resources working with designers. Maintain directory of Group marketing support material for Members. What skills and experience will you need as a Marketing Manager? At least 2 years experience working in marketing Minimum of at least one marketing qualification: CIM, HND (Foundation degree or degree) Your confidant on marketing platforms such as Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator Love having the freedom to get creative with your designs and inspire your team You have a positive mindset, are driven and thrive in a fast paced role working to deadlines What’s in it for me as a Marketing Manager? 2 wellbeing days in addition to annual leave to spend however you like!
