Voodoochilli and Heritage Creative are sister digital agencies based in Hereford. We are looking for a marketing manager to work across both companies, someone that has a love of marketing, that understands and has experience in creating and managing digital campaigns.

We work with some amazing national organisations including Hampers.com, Beans Coffee Club, Canterbury Cathedral, The National Video Games Museum and The Design Museum to name but a few. This is a great time to join an amazing, growing team and become part of something truly special.

Duties include the following:

• Creating marketing campaigns that convert into sales using mailing lists, drop-feed campaigns, lead magnets and other marketing tools
• Scheduling content across websites, social media channels and email in line with individual campaign strategies.
• Copywriting, including but not limited to social media posts, blog articles, event descriptions and press releases.
• Helping to run events and other online and offline marketing efforts that ultimately result in sales opportunities
• Networking and otherwise helping with the sales and marketing process
• Liaising with other staff and freelancers including copywriters and designers and ensuring that our marketing efforts are delivered.

About you

In terms of your experience, you will have worked in a marketing capacity, either as a Marketing Manager or as a Marketing Executive ready to take the leap to the next stage in your career. You will have some experience in digital, but a lot of these skills can be learnt on the job. Ultimately we are looking for someone proactive that can evidence experience delivering results.

Salary: £20,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
