FHK Technology is an innovative company developing technology platforms for a cluster of brands backed by the award-winning entrepreneur Fiona Hudson-Kelly. Current brands include:

· Hire My Desk – a new platform for companies underutilising their existing desks – think Airbnb for desks

· What’s yours is mine – a pre-loved fashion platform for women seeking a more sustainable way of buying upmarket clothes

· Not a CV – a recruitment platform that matches candidates to jobs on their personality

· Start Scale Sell – a community platform for fast growing start up’s

In addition to their own software development FHK Technology develops proof of concept and minimum viable technology platforms for entrepreneurial companies to validate their new ideas. Fiona Hudson-Kelly is also an angel investor in fast growing start up’s , the marketing team may support some of these projects from time to time.

The Role

This is a very exciting time for us as we head into releasing our new brands. We are looking for a head of marketing, reporting directly to our CEO Fiona Hudson-Kelly, to lead and drive success by recruiting and managing a small team of brand marketers who will be responsible for marketing the brand, both offline and online, to designated target audiences.

You will take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of marketing, being responsible for overseeing all marketing activities managing the company budget, external digital agencies, and recruiting a small team to deliver fresh and innovative campaigns. You’ll have your hands on the whole funnel.

Key area of responsibility for this role will be:

· Line Management of the Marketing team

· Responsible for growth marketing, strategy and positioning

· researching, analysing, developing and executing marketing strategies

· managing launches, events, website, social, and campaigns.

The Person

We are interested in someone who enjoys working within a small organisation and is passionate about seeing positive results. We are particularly keen to hear from candidate with proven credibility and expertise in Marketing and Management, having worked within an early stage/start – up company.

We are looking for an experienced marketer, both in digital and offline marketing. Someone who uses their initiative and likes to achieve success from both their own endeavours and those who report into them. You will be energised and determined to overcome challenges to succeed, not giving up when things get tough or difficult.

The role will be Remote/hybrid working from the office 3 days a week and finishing at 3pm on Fridays must be able to commute to Coventry, West Midlands

Basic Salary will be £50 - 60K including a success bonus.

There are 25 days holiday to take as you wish plus statutory days.
