Position Scope:
Reporting to the Business Intelligence Lead with a dotted line to the non-executive Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager is responsible for delivering the marketing strategy and activities for the Happy Building business. This position has an equal commercial as well as brand emphasis with the main objectives of driving leads and revenue, whilst elevating the brand experience.
Position Stakeholders:
Internal: Leadership Team, Design Team, Construction Team, Business Intelligence
External: Affiliate Partners, Digital Agencies, Print Agencies
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and execute lead-generation campaigns and activations, to deliver weekly high-quality leads, in line with company targets.
- Drive and deliver all brand campaigns, across all marketing and digital channels, partnering with key stakeholders to ensure maximum brand amplification, in line with brand guidelines.
- Plan and deliver the monthly marketing schedule to be amplified across all touch points (store, print, digital (website, CRM, social), affiliates, experiential, performance marketing)
- Plan, execute & oversee owned digital channels (CRM, website, social).
- Ownership of affiliate channel optimization and ongoing relationships.
- Plan, execute and oversee performance marketing (PPC, paid media) and SEO, through 3rd party agency as appropriate.
- Responsible for content creation (project photography, digital content and print) via 3rd party vendors as appropriate.
- Plan, execute & oversee local marketing collaborations and activations to drive brand awareness and lead generation
- Responsible for running customer feedback and testimonials program, in coordination with design and construction teams
- Manage key stakeholder relationship, externally and across the business, including agencies, sales team, design team and planning to deliver on the key objectives.
- Drive weekly and monthly marketing KPI reporting (including lead funnel, website performance, digital marketing performance)
- Responsible for coordinating and delivering on-site marketing via hoardings and team uniforms.
- Manage and optimize customer database, to drive customer segmentation CRM strategy.
- Participate strongly in preparation of strategic presentations and annual budgets.
The role requires someone with strong communication skills, business mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit to be able to drive and execute ambitious projects involving several internal & external stakeholders – agencies, partners, sales, design, planning.

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree minimum requirement
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing position (brand or agency), with a track record of working on multi-channel brand amplification, including retail and digital.
- Strong digital experience across social media, paid media, PPC and SEO
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Advanced Excel & Powerpoint skills
Personal skillset:
- Strong business sense, commercial acumen and analytical capacity
- Creative thinking skills and pro-activity in bringing new ideas and concepts
- Ability to move and deliver at pace, from concept to final execution
- Ability to multi-task and move several projects forward simulations
- Strong digital experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrate ownership, accountability and delivery of end-to-end projects
- Demonstrate clear planning and project management
- Overall understanding of all performance marketing channels & how they impact gross revenue targets & new users
- Lifestyle/Retail experience (preferable)
- Strategic thinking and planning.
- Ability to work and deliver in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapid change, working well under pressure.
- Experience of branding marketing and the importance of balancing commercial/brand
