We are looking to recruit an exceptional Marketing Manager to manage the general marketing function across our legal business.

Metamorph group is a fast-growing legal business consolidator. The group operates with a core centralised support function that work alongside the 12 brands across the group. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to support and grow the marketing team as we are in a period of rapid growth.

As Marketing Manager, you will be required to build relationships with key stakeholders, support their local initiatives and brands and provide general management and guidance to the marketing team (currently 4 people), you will report into the Group Marketing Manager.

There may also be a requirement for you to support with some strategic projects. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and hardworking individual, with extensive experience in the marketing and team management. We would also be interested in anyone looking for a part-time role.

Job role/duties

  • Be responsible for facilitating the marketing plan & support the development of the marketing strategy in the group
  • Oversee the local marketing budget
  • Take responsibility for the day to day management and implementation of all marketing activities
  • Support Business Development team on their plans and requirements
  • Development of the various brands, image/reputation and profile by supporting the marketing team
  • Support with the integration of any new brands into the business marketing function
  • Provide support for initiatives designed to develop new or added value services to clients
  • Monitor existing markets in order to track trends and anticipate changes using skills and resources within the departments
  • Management and maintenance of the firm wide suite of on and offline content
  • Develop and implement an SEO strategy with the support of the team
  • Generating press coverage to raise the profile of the firm
  • Manage and delegate tasks the marketing team

Measurement/reporting

  • Ensure that number of enquiries per month steadily increases
  • Enquire that cost per enquiry is reduced
  • Improved organic and paid traffic to our websites

Required Education/Qualifications/Knowledge

  • Experience managing a marketing team
  • 5 years marketing experience
  • Marketing degree or CIM equivalent
  • Understanding of the legal sector (preferable)
