Established for 10 years now, previously growing through customer referrals and a positive reputation; it is now looking to organise, formalise, professionalise and digitise all marketing activity with this new position. This is a fabulously varied, integrated marcomms campaign management role both in planning and strategy as well as hands on execution to increase brand awareness and demand generation.

Key responsibilities of the Marketing Manager; you’ll be responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns to build awareness and drive demand. The role will include:

  • Strategy; own the strategy for their multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Content; create content yourself that interests the persona’s they target
  • Demand Generation; create integrated campaigns to drive leads for the sales team - webinars, email campaigns, paid social etc. - lots of freedom here to experiment
  • Digital; Social media, blogs, website updates, SEO, Paid Social, Paid Ads
  • Events; End to End, ie from creating events calendar, to organizing, marketing and measuring success both in person and webinars
  • Sales Support; work closely with the sales team, making sure there’s a joined up approach to revenue generation

Skills & experience the Marketing Manager must have;

  • B2B marketing experience - you could be stepping up to this level, or already a manager and looking for more strategic ownership
  • If you’ve marketed to enterprise businesses that would be a plus
  • Experience of managing campaigns as projects - you will manage the end to end execution
  • You’ll be creative - ideas are encouraged - they want you to be bold and try things
  • An understanding of ABM, lengthy sales cycles
  • Data focussed

Salary & benefits for the Marketing Manager role;

£45,000 - £50,000 basic + benefits
