Marketing Executive – Hybrid Role – Wigston Creative Studio (£28k-£32k DOE)
Role Details
We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced and results orientated Marketing Executive to join our team at Wigston Creative Studio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and strategies within the Art and Craft or similar industry. This individual must possess a great eye for detail, exceptional writing skills for creating engaging social content and educational blogs, and a creative flair for designing captivating social media visuals. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of various marketing techniques and tools

Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote our products/services and achieve business objectives
· Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for digital and traditional marketing channels,
including social media, email campaigns, blogs, and print materials
· Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing
strategies
· Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn,
etc., to maximize ROI and reach target audiences
· Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer
engagement, to track campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
· Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure alignment and
consistency in messaging and branding
· Identify opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and reach new
audiences
· Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and consumer behaviour to continually
improve marketing efforts
· Assist in organising and participating in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions as needed
· Support the development and implementation of marketing budgets, forecasts, and timelines
Requirements:
· Proven experience in marketing within the art and craft or similar sector
· Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques, including SEO, social media marketing, email
marketing, and content marketing
· Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track campaign performance and
generate insights
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and effectively
convey ideas
· Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
· Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
· Demonstrate the ability to think strategically and develop complete marketing plans
· Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for marketing and staying ahead of industry trends
